This policy explains what personal information EverHearth collects when you visit or buy from theeverhearth.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Who we are
Millify Limited, trading as EverHearth, ("we", "us") is responsible for the information described here.

What we collect
When you browse. Device and browser type, operating system, IP address, referring site, pages viewed, time on page, and how you interact with the store. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you buy. Name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, and order contents. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor's systems — we never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us. Your email address and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.
When you subscribe. Your email address, and whether you open and click our emails.
Why we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and delivery updates
- To handle returns, refunds and customer support
- To screen for fraud and keep payments secure
- To keep tax and accounting records, as the law requires
- To send marketing emails, if you've asked for them
- To run and measure our advertising
- To understand how the store is used and improve it
The tools we use

Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf. Shopify also collects information about your use of the site under its own privacy policy.

Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal and others shown at checkout) — process your payment directly. They receive your payment and billing details; we receive only confirmation and the last four digits of the card.

Shipping and fulfilment partners — receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order and, where needed, clear customs.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API — measures ad performance and shows relevant ads. This includes sending hashed identifiers, such as a hashed version of your email, to Meta.

Email marketing platform — sends newsletters and abandoned-cart reminders, if you've subscribed.

Review platform — collects and displays product reviews, where enabled.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above so they can perform these services for us, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Where it's processed
We and our providers process information in the United States and Hong Kong, and in other countries where our service providers operate.
How long we keep it

Order records — 7 years, to meet tax and accounting requirements

Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, then suppressed so we don't email you again by mistake

Cookies

Essential cookies — needed for the cart, checkout and security. These can't be switched off.

Analytics cookies — tell us how the store is used, in aggregate.

Advertising cookies — measure ad performance and allow retargeting.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though the store won't work properly without the essential ones.
Your choices
Email contact@theeverhearth.com at any time to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
- have inaccurate information corrected
- have your information deleted
- unsubscribe from marketing
- ask us to stop using your information for advertising
We'll never charge you for making a request, and we'll never treat you differently for making one.
If you're in California, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email contact@theeverhearth.com.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing to people who've asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Order confirmations, dispatch notices and delivery updates are service messages, not marketing — you'll receive those for any order you place.
Children
Our store isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email contact@theeverhearth.com and we'll delete it.
Automated decisions
We don't make decisions about you using automated processing alone. Payment providers may run automated fraud checks on transactions; if a payment is declined on that basis, contact your payment provider.
Changes
We'll post any updates to this policy on this page and change the date at the top.
